• Willingness to work office/home office and hospital environments as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by meeting commitments and addressing customer needs.
• Travel ~70% across the specified geography; daily drive times typically 1–4 hours.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Complete administrative duties and regulatory paperwork, PMs, WCOs, and installation documents.
