Job summary

Philips, based in the St. Louis area, is hiring a Field Service Engineer for Medical Imaging. The role installs, troubleshoots, services, and maintains equipment at customer sites to ensure uptime and high-quality patient care.

You should have 1+ years in imaging service (or 3+ years in electromechanical work), an Associate Degree in electronics, and be willing to travel. Some overtime, on-call rotations, and compliance with safety standards are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnostic imaging service environment or electromechanical industry.
• Associate degree or higher in electronics or related field.
• Ability to install, diagnose, repair equipment handling electronic, mechanical, and networking systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer relationships.
• Work with regional team to improve processes and expand capabilities.
• Complete administrative tasks per Philips and regulatory requirements.
