Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Imaging Systems in Shreveport, LA. You will install, troubleshoot, service and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting commitments.

This multimodality role requires 1+ year imaging service experience or 3+ years in electromechanical industries, and an associate degree in electronics or related field. Expect 70% travel with 1–4 hours driving daily, occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries.
• Multimodality role training across imaging modalities.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service by meeting commitments and arriving on time.
• Complete PMs, FCOs, installations and related paperwork on time.
• Travel ~70% with 1–4 hours driving daily; occasional overnight travel.
