Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Greater Nashville, TN area to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites. You will manage customer relationships, perform PMs, and complete field service tickets with regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1+ year in imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical environments, plus an associate degree in electronics or related field.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours; able to work in office/home office and healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing and resolving customer needs and maintaining documentation.
• Travel approximately 70% of the time across the geography; complete PMs and service reports.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment; adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
