FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Imaging Service Engineer I to perform scheduled maintenance on imaging systems within the Phoenix service area, with some unscheduled work guided by technical support. The role involves installations, troubleshooting, and close coordination with field and home office teams.

The position demands an associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience, at least one year in field service, and proficiency with test equipment.

Formación

• Associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of previous field service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
• Performs unscheduled maintenance work with technical support.
• Maintains good relations with field personnel and headquarters.
• Handles administrative duties including timecards, work orders, and service reports.
• Maintains customer communications to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
