Intelas, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Technician, Equipment Distribution in St. John's, FL to lead the DI service team and ensure expert service of imaging equipment, with a focus on uptime and customer satisfaction.

You will perform advanced troubleshooting across multi-vendor DI systems, travel up to 80% to client sites, and collaborate with QA/RA to maintain regulatory compliance while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Electronics or Biomedical Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience servicing multi-modality DI equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customer accounts and equipment assets.
• Develop programs, procedures and training for DI service.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for multi-modality DI systems.
• Travel up to 80% to customer sites for service and training.
• Ensure QA/RA compliance and contribute to policies.
