Job summary

Intelas, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an ISE II to perform planned preventive maintenance, calibrations, and electrical safety inspections on imaging equipment across healthcare sites to ensure uptime and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has an Associates degree in Electronics/Imaging Technology (or military training), at least five years of radiology equipment repair experience, and strong communication skills with a willingness to be on-call.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics/Imaging Technology or military training.
• Minimum of five years' experience with imaging equipment repair.
• Experience repairing radiology equipment and biomedical systems.
• Knowledge of modalities such as radiology, MRI, CT, ultrasound, etc.
• Certification (CRES) preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to serve on-call as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance and calibrations on imaging equipment.
• Conduct electrical safety inspections following standards.
• Perform major repairs by replacing defective components.
• Assist with cross training of BMET Technicians.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to resolve equipment issues.
• Provide emergency on-call support.
• Research and order repair parts within budget.
• Document asset actions per department practices.
• Capable of performing all BMET III duties.
