Job summary

Intelas, a Compass Healthcare company, leads the DI service team to ensure expert service of imaging equipment and high customer satisfaction. The NSE role acts as the final line of defense before outsourcing to third parties, with a focus on coordinating technical support and ongoing program development.

You will travel up to 80% to customer sites, train staff, and support new account start-ups, while maintaining compliance with ISO and governmental policies.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Electronics/Biomedical Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of servicing and maintaining advanced multi-vendor/multi-modality DI equipment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to operate under them.
• Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the DI service team to ensure expert service of imaging equipment and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site as needed.
• Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting for multi-modality, multi-OEM DI equipment.
• Support QA/RA to ensure compliance with policies and contribute to writing policies.
