Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers in the imaging area.
• Direct customers and answer inquiries with courteous professionalism.
• Answer the telephone using proper etiquette.
• Distribute patient preps and screenings, and place courtesy calls.
• Prepare correspondence for physician offices and other institutions.
• Assist with RIS/PACS systems and communicate STAT results.
• Maintain workstation and ensure adequate office supplies.
