Job summary

Newrez is seeking an Imaging Business Analyst to support imaging and document retention, ensuring compliance with performance standards across ingestion and export processes. You will collaborate with business units, PMO, and IT to implement new workflows, generate reports on performance and SLAs, and assist with client transfer image onboarding and post-load analysis.

The role requires strong Excel and SQL skills, mortgage industry knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Mortgage industry processes and data flows.
• Strong Excel skills for analytics and reporting.
• Intermediate SQL with ability to create queries.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for imaging and document retention systems.
• Collaborate with business, PMO and IT to document new processes.
• Develop ad hoc reporting on image reconciliation and performance SLAs.
• Assist onboarding of images for client transfers and post-load analysis.
• Create SQL queries and support export/import interfaces with document repositories.
• Perform BAT testing and support process improvements as needed.
