Newrez is seeking an Imaging Business Analyst to support imaging and document retention, ensuring compliance with performance standards. You will collaborate with business, PMO, and IT to implement new processes and develop ad hoc reports on image reconciliation and performance metrics.

The role requires 2–4 years as a Business Analyst, strong Excel and SQL skills, and familiarity with data warehousing concepts. OnBase, Carbon Copy and H2O are used in the environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in business analytics and process documentation.

Mansioni

• Provide analytical support for imaging and document retention software.
• Document and coordinate new process implementations with business, PMO and IT.
• Develop ad hoc reporting on image reconciliation.
• Enhance standardized reporting for performance, SLAs, and quality results.
• Provide services for onboarding of images for client transfers including post document load analysis.
• Provide services for uploading ad-hoc images for Servicing as needed.
• Provide services for exporting of images for Sales/Releases.
• Monitor and troubleshoot all vendor document interfaces with document repository systems.
• Create SQL queries.
• Perform BAT testing for enhancements to processes owned.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
