Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Senior HTM Imaging Operations Manager to lead daily operations for advanced imaging services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure radiation safety compliance, manage budgets and capital planning, and report performance data to site leadership.

The role requires 5 years in Clinical Engineering with imaging support, 3 years of supervisory experience, and strong communication and crisis management skills.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of experience in Clinical Engineering (including support of fixed and portable imaging) or equivalent technical discipline.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in related areas.

Responsibilities

• Designs and directs daily operations, repair workflows, and urgent service event resolution for advanced Imaging services.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to guarantee 100% program compliance with radiation safety and state/federal regulatory guidelines.
• Presents HTM performance data to site leadership and committees to drive continuous quality improvement.
