Radiology Forward is seeking an Imaging Center Supervisor to lead imaging operations across the Bronx and upper Manhattan. You will oversee hiring, mentorship, and daily performance to ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

You will manage staffing, budgets, safety, and workflows while exploring new business opportunities to grow the imaging center. Strong communication and healthcare administration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent management and leadership abilities with experience in high-volume medical settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and providers.
• Knowledge of budgets, financial statements, and workers compensation billing needs.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to interact with doctors, patients, vendors, and management.
• Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations.
• Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring qualified team members following HR guidelines and maintain turnover.
• Direct and mentor imaging center staff, set expectations, monitor performance, coach and discipline as needed.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety protocols and RadNet practices.
• Promote new business opportunities for the imaging center and organization.
• Develop strategies to meet individual and business unit goals and advocate for change.
