Job summary

Radiology Forward in Sugar Land, TX seeks an Outpatient Site Supervisor to lead imaging center operations and patient care. You will hire, coach, and oversee staff, ensuring compliance with safety, privacy, and policy standards while pursuing business growth.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business administration or health care administration is required.
• Six or more years in radiology service industry and/or management is preferred.
• Strong budgeting, financial statement knowledge, and billing understanding.

Responsibilities

• Hire qualified team members following HR guidelines and maintain low turnover.
• Direct and mentor imaging center staff, set clear objectives and monitor performance.
• Adhere to OSHA, RadNet practices, and safety protocols.
• Develop strategies to achieve individual and unit goals.
• Promote and seek new business opportunities for the imaging center.
• Perform technologist duties as needed to address staffing shortages.
• Safeguard patient property and Health Information, and ensure compliance.
• Manage on-site medications per policy and legal requirements.
