Job summary

RadNet is hiring a Site Manager in New York to lead an imaging center team, drive clinical quality, safety, and growth, and manage budgets. You will hire and mentor staff, ensure compliance with OSHA and data privacy policies, and pursue new business opportunities to expand services.

A four-year degree in business/health care administration or radiology management experience is preferable. The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with clinicians,

Qualifications

• Must have excellent management and budgeting skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, staff and management.
• Experience at a similar volume medical facility; imaging experience a strong plus.
• Strong communication and written/verbal skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of developing budgets and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Hire qualified team members following approved HR protocols and maintain low employee turnover.
• Direct, mentor, and oversee all imaging center and department team members; set expectations and monitor performance.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and safety protocols.
• Promote, seek out, and develop new business opportunities for the imaging center and organization.
• Develop strategies to achieve individual and business unit goals.
• Oversee operating budgets and analyze performance against budgets.
• Perform technologist duties as needed to maintain skills and alleviate staffing shortages.
• Safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information; ensure respect for company property.
• Interact respectfully with patients and coworkers; maintain professional behavior and patient boundaries.
• Foster a cooperative and collaborative working environment.
