Job summary

MedQuest Imaging, a PRN outpatient imaging center affiliated with OrthoCarolina in Charlotte, NC, seeks a friendly front desk liaison. You will welcome patients, verify appointments, and handle check-ins with a patient-centric approach, supporting physicians and coordinators across settings.

The role offers flexible PRN shifts to cover PTO and varying demand, with no overnight or on-call requirements and opportunities to gain experience in a dynamic imaging environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2+ years in customer support or hospitality.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors to the imaging center.
• Check patients in and answer the telephone.
• Route calls and schedule patient appointments.
• Collect balances from patients at time of service.
• Perform front desk/desk duties as necessary.
