Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across its Imaging & Biomedical Solutions business in the Boston area. This field-based role focuses on developing new business, growing existing accounts, and maximizing the performance and lifespan of critical medical equipment.

The ideal candidate is a motivated hunter who builds strong relationships, uncovers opportunities, and consistently exceeds sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, medical sales, or healthcare-related sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Experience managing a sales territory and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue within an assigned territory through new business development and account expansion.
• Prospect and close new opportunities with hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices.
• Sell diagnostic imaging, biomedical service, equipment repair, and maintenance solutions.
• Partner with internal sales and service teams to identify and develop customer opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and position value-added solutions that improve equipment performance and reduce costs.
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Convert competitive accounts and expand business within existing customers.
• Utilize sales data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and territory priorities.
• Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
