The Imaging Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Imaging Services department by managing clinic workflows, coordinating patient callbacks, and scheduling appointments and procedures. Responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and filing patient records, as well as assembling and distributing reports to physicians. This role ensures accurate entry of departmental procedures and helps maintain adequate stock of unit supplies and forms. Additionally, The Imaging Assistant facilitates communication by receiving, managing, and directing incoming inquiries as needed. They also assist in training new employees and perform various tasks assigned by department management in alignment with hospital policies and the mission of Woman’s Hospital.
