Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge and application of English grammar, including composition, editing, and proofreading.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Demonstrates a courteous, patient, and helpful attitude toward employees.
• Basic understanding of HIPAA policies and procedures.
• Ability to multi‑task, adapt quickly to changes, and follow projects through to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and evaluating multiple types of documentation to determine accurate routing.
• Scanning, tagging, and organizing documents.
• Handling outgoing mail for various teams.
• Documenting and managing all incoming and outgoing company mail.
• Managing distribution and routing of packages and deliveries (e.g., FedEx, UPS).
