Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related work experience, with at least one year in an imaging role preferred.
• Knowledge of general office procedures; familiarity with imaging processes is a plus.
• Strong reading accuracy and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Good communication and organizational skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Receives, opens, sorts and processes incoming mail, checks and digital documents.
• Preps and scans documents per service level agreements.
• Determines appropriate label for documents.
• Researches documents with limited information.
• Processes requests and retrieves historical documents.
• Maintains document management including destruction or off-site storage.
• Communicates hardware or software malfunctions to the appropriate systems area.
• May assist with training of new processors.
