Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months’ experience in a direct care service position with individuals who have various levels of developmental, learning, emotional, or physical disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Teach independent living skills to consumers in groups and individually.
• Conduct community-based activities and use public transportation to take consumers to groceries, appointments, and other activities.
• Document client progress using billing forms and complete assessments for each client entering the program.
