CLGT Solutions, LLC dba CLOVEHITCH is seeking qualified on-site Ilocano interpreters to provide professional in-person interpretation across the Hawaiian Islands. The role requires interpreting between client staff and LEP clients in health, legal, and social services contexts.

Applicants should have ILR 2+ proficiency in English and Ilocano, experience in professional interpretation, and the ability to work at various client sites on a 1099, contractor basis within Hawaii.

Formación

• Must have working proficiency (ILR 2+) in English and target language, including vocabulary in health, legal, and social services domains.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret accurately in a professional or social services environment.
• Prior experience providing in-person interpretation in a government, healthcare, legal, or social services setting strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate, complete, and impartial in-person interpretation between client staff and LEP clients.
• Interpret in the first person, relay content completely and without editing or omitting information.
• Serve as a communication liaison ensuring mutual understanding with neutrality and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, impartiality, and cultural sensitivity.
