Job summary

You will train and support agency partners, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic territory plans. The base compensation ranges from $55,900 to $89,400 with performance incentives and bonus programs that can increase earnings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within your designated territory to meet with independent agencies and foster relationships.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing existing accounts.
• Provide training and support to agency partners on products, services, and value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategic initiatives for territory growth.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
