Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration is seeking an IICRC-certified Water Mitigation Technician to handle water damage and disaster restoration for residential and commercial clients. The role requires independence, high standards of safety, and clear communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Current IICRC certification (WRT required; ASD/AMRT a plus).
• Demonstrated experience performing water mitigation and structural drying.
• Ability to lift and move equipment (50 lbs routinely; up to 100 lbs with assistance).
• Strong adherence to safety procedures and job documentation standards.
• Professional, customer-focused communication skills.
• Willingness to be cross-trained in additional company services as needed.
• Availability for Monday–Friday day shift, with weekend and on-call rotation.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment screening, including background check, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage and disaster restoration jobs for residential and commercial customers.
• Perform water extraction, moisture mapping, demolition as needed, drying equipment setup, daily monitoring, and job documentation.
• Follow company safety procedures and IICRC standards while protecting customer property.
• Communicate job status clearly with customers, teammates, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain assigned equipment, vehicles, and work areas in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
