Job summary

Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration is hiring for a Water Mitigation Technician to support fast, effective responses to water damage events. Training is provided, with a focus on learning a skilled trade and serving client needs in various environments.

You will work in a team, operate equipment like fans and dehumidifiers, and participate in an on-call rotation to handle emergencies for commercial and residential clients.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain DOT certification.
• Ability to pass in-depth criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Comfortable working in challenging conditions and flexible to respond 24/7 when needed.

Job description

• Base Pay $18.00 - $21.00 / Hour

About the Role

Water Mitigation is a skilled trade that combines hands-on work with industry certifications. We are looking for career-minded individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and assist customers during water damage emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation tasks in various environments, including standing water and confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics).
• Operate and move equipment such as fans and dehumidifiers.
• Respond to customer emergencies, commercial and residential, as part of an on-call rotation.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Schedule

• Primarily Monday–Friday, day shift, with on-call availability for emergencies required.

Compensation: $18.00–$21.00 per hour commensurate with certifications and field experience.
