Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration is seeking an IICRC-certified Water Mitigation Technician to handle water damage and disaster restoration for residential and commercial clients. The role requires independence, high standards of safety, and clear communication with customers and team members.

Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration is a family-owned cleaning and restoration company serving the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus markets. We provide professional cleaning, water mitigation, and disaster restoration services for residential and commercial clients. When customers experience water damage, our technicians are often the first to respond, helping protect the property, reduce further damage, and guide customers through the restoration process.
$22.00–$24.00 per hour + per-job bonus opportunity , commensurate with certifications and field experience
This position is designed for experienced, certified professionals who can operate independently in the field, follow established protocols, and communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and leadership. Military veterans with restoration, facilities, construction, or logistics backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
Respond to water damage and disaster restoration jobs for residential and commercial customers. Perform water extraction, moisture mapping, demolition as needed, drying equipment setup, daily monitoring, and job documentation. Follow company safety procedures and IICRC standards while protecting customer property. Communicate job status clearly with customers, teammates, supervisors, and other stakeholders. Maintain assigned equipment, vehicles, and work areas in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
