Job summary

Cadence Care Network in Toledo, Ohio is seeking an IHBT Therapist to deliver Intensive Home-Based Treatment for children and families. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, or MFT is required.
• Licensed by the State of Ohio as LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
• Valid driver license with vehicle provided for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provide IHBT for child/adolescent and family, integrating CPST and TBS.
• Conduct mental health assessments and crisis response.
• Deliver individual service plans and counseling/therapy services.
• Support family stabilization and transition back home.
