Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing Massachusetts team. We value experience delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families facing diverse challenges in their communities.

This position offers supervision for Independent Licensure and a path to expand clinical skills in a rapidly growing organization. In-home IHBS work provides meaningful impact with families in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in home or community setting.
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders; autism spectrum experience desirable.
• Valid driver license with reliable vehicle access.
• Laptop/CPS and high-speed internet are required for FFS positions.
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to treat youths' behavioral needs.
• Support caregivers to understand children7s needs, explore behavior patterns, and improve communication.

The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home for the purpose of treating a youth's behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000 $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
