Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. Our in-home behavioral therapists provide structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to address youth behavioral needs and support families.

New licensed therapists receive supervision for independent licensure. Eligible applicants must have a Master's degree in a related field and a valid driver’s license; a strong commitment to community mental health is essential.

In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation:

• Full-Time:
  Salary $64,000 to $72,000
  $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months
  Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-Service:
  $50 to $70 per hour
