Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth and families in home/community settings desirable.
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders or autism spectrum desirable.

The Bilingual In Home Behavioral Therapist(IHBS)will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese-Required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Compensation:

• Full-Time:
  Salary $64,000 to $72,000
  $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months
  Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
  
• Fee-for-Service:
  $50 to $70 per hour
