Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking clinicians to join our Massachusetts team as In Home Behavioral Therapists (IHBS). This full-time role offers a rewarding path with generous compensation, a $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months, and premier benefits advancing licensure supervision.

You will provide structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes, support caregivers, and help youth overcome behavioral-emotional challenges while pursuing licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth and families in home or community settings.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed internet, and a phone for FFS positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes.
• Support caregivers to better understand children's needs and improve communication.
• Collaborate with families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.

TheIn Home Behavioral Therapist(IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time

• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation:

• Full-Time:
  Salary $64,000 to $72,000
  $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months
  Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
  
• Fee-for-Service:
  $50 to $70 per hour
