Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team. The In-Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will deliver structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to support youth behavioral needs and empower caregivers.

We offer a $3,000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, supervision for independent licensure, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.
• Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred; autism spectrum desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral needs.
• Support caregivers to understand children’s needs and improve communication.
• Collaborate with families and community resources to sustain progress.

Compensation:

• Full-Time:
  Salary $64,000 to $72,000
  $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months
  Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
  
• Fee-for-Service:
  $50 to $70 per hour
