Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our Massachusetts team. The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to treat youth behavioral needs and support caregivers in understanding their children's needs and improving communication.

The role offers supervision for licensure for newly licensed masters level clinicians, a generous benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic agency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.
• Experience with working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for youth behavioral needs.

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000 $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
