Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking Clinicians to join our growing home-based team. The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will deliver structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to address youth behavioral needs and support families.

This position offers supervision for independent licensure, competitive compensation with a $3,000 stay-on bonus at 6 months, and premier benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth and families in home/community settings
• Experience with children with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with autism spectrum children desirable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
• Access to laptop/secure internet/phone for FFS positions

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field

• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation

• Full-Time:
  Salary $64,000 to $72,000
  $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months
  Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-Service:
  $50 to $70 per hour
