Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Materials Science, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering by May 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA requirement is implied by program standards.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and a desire to build a career as a people leader.

Responsibilities

• Three rotations in different US geographic locations, with a site role at each location to provide exposure to varied jobs and assignments.
• Tailored curriculum supporting the development and application of technical, professional, and leadership skills.
• Diverse project assignments designed to deliver visible and significant business impact.
