Job summary
Pentair offers a 12-week Leadership Development Internship Program designed to develop future engineers through real-world projects and mentorship. Interns work on strategic tasks, gain exposure to senior leaders, and participate in cohort-based development and networking opportunities.
Selected interns will present their project outcomes at the end of the program, with potential consideration for full-time roles after graduation.
Qualifications
- Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, ComputerEngineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
- Be currently enrolled as a junior (Preferred Graduation Date: Spring 2028)
- Be willing to work during the summer in one of our Internship locations (New Brighton - MN, White Bear Lake - MN, Hanover Park - IL, North Aurora - IL, Apex - NC, Sanford - NC, Bishop Woods - WI, Delavan - WI, Manitowoc - WI)
- Have a strong interest in pursuing Pentair's Engineering Leadership Development Program which is a three-year rotational program that requires relocation and working in locations throughout the United States
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
