Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree to be completed by May 2027 in one of the specified engineering disciplines.
• Zero to two years of relevant work or internship experience; leadership potential.
• GPA minimum of 3.2 overall.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills; strong organization and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Engage in three distinct rotations across different US locations, serving as a site-based role at each.
• Participate in a curriculum designed to develop technical, professional, and leadership skills.
• Undertake diverse projects aimed at delivering visible business impact.
• Develop leadership capabilities by connecting with others and magnifying impact through teamwork.
• Apply problem-solving skills to real-world challenges affecting local and global operations.
