Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the specified engineering fields expected by May 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.2.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and desire to be a people leader.
• Willingness to relocate across the continental US for three years.

Responsibilities

• Engage in three rotations across different US locations to gain broad exposure.
• Develop technical, professional, and leadership skills through a tailored curriculum.
• Contribute to diverse projects delivering measurable business impact.
• Report findings and participate in cross-functional collaboration.
