Job summary

Growe Partners is seeking a proactive Affiliate Partnerships Specialist to help build and grow long-term relationships with high-value affiliates. You will negotiate custom deals (RevShare, Hybrid, CPA) and collaborate with brand and affiliate teams on joint initiatives.

You’ll represent the company at industry conferences, research market insights, and initiate strategic partnerships through day-to-day communication and events.

Qualifications

1+ years in iGaming or high-risk industries in a similar role.
Proven ability to build and maintain partner relationships.
Understanding of affiliate models and business processes.
Strong network with affiliates, media, events, and platforms.
Proficient with CRM tools, trackers, and performance dashboards.
Upper-Intermediate English required.

Responsibilities

Build and grow long-term relationships with high-value affiliates.
Negotiate custom deals (RevShare, Hybrid, CPA) and exclusive offers.
