Job summary

SEW-EURODRIVE, Inc. is seeking a role focused on processing quotes and repair orders in-house and in the field, including restock of returned goods. A 10% shift premium applies to 2nd and 3rd shifts. Comprehensive benefits start on DAY ONE and are designed to support ongoing growth and stability.

Candidate will read blueprints, coordinate with sales and service teams, and prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs of gear drives and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints, parts lists, and technical documents.

• Mechanical aptitude for assembling/disassembling gear drives.

• Create accurate quotations for field service and restock; follow up with customers.
• Create cost estimates for repairs (gearbox, motors, etc.).
• Process Service Orders; issue Order Acknowledgments; follow up with customers.
• Create Assembly Decks and coordinate repairs with assembly and logistics.

About the Role Currently the position involves handling all steps required for complete, accurate and timely processing of quotes and repair orders inhouse and in the filed as well as the return of products to the Industrial Gears Wellford facility for repair, analysis or restock. Education: Mechanical and technical experience preferred. Wage Range: $20 - $24/Hr.

TOP most relevant SKILLS AND ABILITIES being sought for this position:

• Understanding of project management principles, scheduling software, and relevant industry standards
• Clear and effective communication with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, parts lists, catalogs, price books, general factory instructions and other technical documents.
• Knowledgeable of the SAP, CRM, ERP and SOP computer system will be advantageous.
• Must have mechanical aptitude required to assemble and disassemble gear drives.

TOP most relevant ACTUAL TASKS being sought for this position:

• Process service cases for repairs or restock and issue relevant documentation to customers and associates.
• Create and provide accurate quotations for field service as well as repair and/or restock of returned goods and do regular follow ups with the customer.
• Create accurate cost estimates (quotes) for repairs (gearbox, motors, coupling, auxiliary systems,)
• Process Service Orders, issue Order Acknowledgments and do regular follow ups with the customer.
• Create Assembly Decks and Coordinate and schedule repairs with assembly and logistics personnel.
