Job summary

Accenture is seeking an IFS Cloud Functional Lead to partner with senior leadership, plan, analyze, design, and implement IFS Cloud projects. You will own on-site functional workstreams, drive financial and operational results, assess stakeholder readiness, and coordinate with onshore/offshore teams to deliver client value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of IFS experience, including functional lead or workstream lead roles.
• Experience across IFS Cloud functional areas (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects, HCM, or Asset & Service Management).
• Multiple end-to-end life cycle implementations on IFS as Workstream Lead or Project Lead.
• Knowledge of leading practices and relevant consulting experience in target industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams on IFS Cloud implementations and support project managers in design and implementation phases.
• Translate strategic direction and business objectives into holistic business and technology transformation.
• Conduct workshops to map processes, systems, and organization; drive requirements into IFS Cloud configuration.
• Coordinate and coach functional consultants across onshore and offshore teams; ensure quality and delivery.
• Coach project team members on business processes and IFS Cloud leading practices.
• Support project managers with change management activities and coaching of teams.
• Collaborate with PMs on responses to client inquiries, solutions, and effort estimation for new opportunities.
• Adhere to Hybrid Working Model with 50% travel to client site (on-site, in-office, remote).
