Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Operations Manager in Hicksville, NY, to lead the IFM account’s operations and optimize service delivery across multiple sites. You will supervise Sr Facility Managers, Facility Managers, and Engineers, driving process improvements and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven oversight, and collaboration with engineering and account teams. Requires 8+ years in FM, strong communication, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis.
• Proven experience in facilities management leadership and service delivery.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in process improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and set the account’s direction for the IFM team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align programs and data governance initiatives.
• Proactively manage projects to milestones, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Identify operational issues and risks and drive resolution.
• Oversee CMMS and data dashboards, and manage asset and risk registers.
• Build cross-functional relationships and drive vendor management with SLAs.
