Job summary

JLL in the United States seeks an Operations Manager to join our team in Hicksville, Albany, Syracuse, Buffalo NY and Boston MA. You will oversee and optimize the account's IFM operations, document processes, and drive best-in-class delivery.

You will lead Sr Facility Managers and Engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, improve client experience, manage projects, and push continuous improvement with data-driven reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Leadership and program management skills required.
• Strong data governance, data quality, and analytics focus.
• Experience coordinating multiple facilities operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the IFM team across building/site types.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions and drive data management & reporting.
• Proactively manage projects to meet milestones and resolve blockers.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and risks.
• Oversee tools and systems that support the IFM team (Corrigo, IntelliCommand, etc.).
