The role requires deep experience in GMP/regulated environments, strong leadership, and a track record of improving asset reliability and delivering cost-efficient maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project, maintenance, and operations within GMP/GXP/regulated spaces and processes.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of complex utility systems.
• Strong leadership and client relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to facility managers, engineers, and staff across multiple North American sites.
• Oversee IFM service delivery with focus on reliability and energy efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement innovative solutions.
