Job summary

Forefront seeks an Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Director to lead all facility services within the client environment, including maintenance, environmental services, grounds, life safety, and vendor management. You will set vision, strategy, and KPIs to drive safety, compliance, and service excellence across the portfolio.

The role requires leadership of Facility Managers and hourly staff, budget ownership, and collaboration with clinical teams to align operations with Forefront standards

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities operations in complex environments.
• Healthcare/facilities environment familiarity preferred.
• Strong data analytics and vendor management capability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary site leader for all facilities operations.
• Monitor performance using work order systems and OT platforms; inform decisions.
• Lead maintenance, utilities, fire/life safety, and capital improvement programs.
• Manage budgets and vendor engagement; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop long-term capital plans and facility improvement strategies.
• Partner with client teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure service excellence.
