Forefront is recruiting an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead EVS technicians, floor techs, and laundry staff in a healthcare setting. You will ensure cleaning quality, safety, and infection prevention across patient areas, while coordinating daily staffing and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising environmental services staff
• Knowledge of infection prevention practices
• Ability to coordinate staffing and workflows
• Familiarity with OSHA CMS and CMS/healthcare regs

Responsibilities

• Supervise EVS technicians, floor techs, and laundry staff on assigned shifts.
• Oversee laundry operations, ensure quality control and infection prevention compliance.
• Inspect patient rooms, public spaces, and laundry areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate daily staffing, schedules, and workflow to meet operations.
• Report performance and issues to the Manager or Director.
• Train staff and ensure ongoing development and policy compliance.
