The position is salaried exempt, full-time, with extended hours as needed to meet operational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising environmental services staff (EVS) and facility operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA, CMS, TJC regulations and infection prevention practices.
• Ability to develop schedules, monitor productivity, and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support EVS supervisors, technicians, and laundry staff.
• Oversee laundry operations, staffing, workflow, equipment, and infection prevention practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards; conduct audits and inspections.
• Develop departmental schedules and productivity standards; track KPIs and reporting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient safety and satisfaction.
