Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly skilled Implementation Experts to join our Customer Success organization, supporting the Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) customer base. You will guide complex business customers through setup, configuration, and integration of IES, driving rapid value and high adoption.

Role requires deep product knowledge across the IES ecosystem and strong accounting experience, especially in multi-entity environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and/or active tax credential.
• 5+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting with emphasis on financial software.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Needs Assessment: Understand business needs, processes and systems to tailor IES setup.
• IES Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation, including core accounting, payroll, and payments; coordinate data migration and integrations.
• Implementation Project Management: Manage multiple complex implementations and drive timely platform adoption.
• Product Expertise & Training: Guide and train clients on IES features, reports, and troubleshooting.
• Multi-Entity Accounting Specialization: Configure IES for multi-entity companies and consolidated reporting.
• Issue Resolution & Orchestration: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and handle onboarding activities.
• Best Practices & Customization: Advise on best practices and tailor settings, reports, dashboards.
• Feedback Loop: Relay customer feedback to product/engineering for improvements.
• Proactive Solution Sourcing: Seek workarounds or alternatives when needed.
