Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled Implementation Experts to join our Customer Success team, focusing on the Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES). You will guide complex business customers through setup, configuration, and integration, ensuring rapid value realization and high adoption.

Strong accounting background, multi-entity experience, and QuickBooks proficiency are essential for success. You will manage end-to-end implementations, coordinate data migrations, and train clients on features and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field, or active tax credential.
• Minimum 5+ years of software implementation or consulting experience in financial software.
• Advanced understanding and hands-on experience with Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop is desirable.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online/Payroll/Payments required or highly beneficial.
• Strong accounting principles knowledge, incl. multi-entity environments.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of IES for complex customers.
• Configure IES core accounting, payroll, and payments functionalities.
• Coordinate data migration and system integrations.
• Provide expert guidance and training on features, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure onboarding success.
• Advise on best practices and customize settings for clients.
