Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• IL professional educator license (PEL) in process or equivalent.
• IL SSE or LBS1 credential in process or equivalent.
• Experience with curriculum development and differentiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional processes for Elementary School students with IEPs.
• Deliver targeted instruction using differentiated approaches.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned to standards.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
• Collaborate in co-teaching settings to meet IEP goals.
• Utilize PBIS strategies to support student behavior and engagement.
• Prepare a safe, organized classroom environment.
• Stay current with evidence-based instructional practices.
